Feels Like Home

Ep: 6: A Chat with Dave Shoemaker

Mike Throne and Marty Ford Season 3 Episode 6

For decades, Dave Shoemaker has been involved in the education of young people in the area. He's been a long-time teacher and coach and still volunteers his time to coach boys basketball in the area. But he's also the Ross County counterpart to Walter Mitty - someone who has been at major events and had amazing experiences.

This week on Feels Like Home, we talk with Dave to hear some of great stories, talk about his relationships with some great college coaches and hear about how he's navigated the ups and downs of life. He can spin a tale, for sure.

And, if you don't believe that, check out his blog.
